I found the Miter Saw in excelletn condition, in fact it is hard to tell it is a reconditioned model. I have used it extensively for some projects and I am very satisfied. The laser line marking the place where the cut is to be made is most useful because it allows you to make precise cuts. The price was excellent and think I had a great value.
Additionally, the delivery service was first class and arrived here when it was promised.

This tool is great!! I am a handyman and I had questions about buying a reconditioned machine, but now I could confirm that it is excelent option for home projects where you do not need spend a lot of money in tools. I have been used for two months I have not seen any issue.

I bought the Ryobi Compound Miter w Laser to replace a 10 year old Ryobi 10″ Standard Miter Saw (a real work horse too). I do a lot of molding & finish carpentry and don’t know how I ever lived without a laser saw… I’ll never use a saw without a laser again! For cutting molding, I simply use a sharpie to put a dot where the cut should be…and perfect every time. The price of a factory recon w free shipping @ $75 is great. Home Depot has them new for $119 – and still a great deal. I did notice that the newer saw is much lighter duty than my old beast – but at that price it’s the right saw for anyone except the Contractor / heavy use guys.
